Confluence is the grading currency of the VWAP Wave System. The method draws three views of the same value logic — VWAP with its σ-bands, the Initial Balance with its extensions, and the Volume Profile — plus higher-timeframe VWAPs. When two or more land at one price, that price stops being a line and becomes a decision zone: a band stacked on the IB low, a CLVN under a VAL, a weekly band meeting a value-area high. The coached rubric is explicit: the grade equals the number and quality of confluent levels, and a higher-timeframe level “adds the plus” — three stacked references including one HTF is A+, while a single-timeframe setup is B+ at best. The first touch of a fresh confluence is the premium instance.
