من العلامات دخول غير مخطط ومحاولات متكررة لاسترداد خسارة وتوسيع المخاطرة وتجاهل حد الجلسة. اتبع استجابة مكتوبة: توقف عن إضافة تعرض وأدر المراكز وأوامر الحماية وفق الخطة ثم ابتعد عن القرارات الجديدة. الاستراحة وسيلة لضبط العملية وليست ضماناً لاختفاء المشاعر. سجّل في المراجعة المحفز وقاعدة وقاية محددة. لا تحكم على الموقف فقط من ربح الصفقة الاندفاعية أو خسارتها.

Recognisable signs include unplanned entries, repeated attempts to recover a loss, widening risk, and abandoning the session limit. Use a prewritten response: stop adding exposure, manage existing positions and protective orders according to the plan, then step away from new decisions. A pause is a process control rather than a guarantee that emotions will disappear. During review, record the trigger and one concrete prevention rule. Do not judge the episode only by whether the impulsive trade happened to win.
