The Madonna is the named FVAE variant gated to the Initial Balance edge: the first touch of the IB high (short) or IB low (long) after the first hour completes. It is a stop-run trade — the tag fires as the level stops out the positions that have been building against it, then reverses toward VWAP/POC, which is also the target (scale at an intervening LVN, run the rest to POC). The A+ version stacks the IB edge with a σ-band and often a Globex extreme or composite LVN. Two hard caveats: it needs a wide structural stop — on NQ at least 20 points, sometimes 30–40, so size down — and it fails when price reaches the IB edge and consolidates there instead of rejecting, because a ledge at the edge means acceptance, not a trap.
