RTV is the mirror of PDC and one of the system's highest-conviction setups, often the sharpest setup by win rate. Price spent time or distance outside value in discovery, then the auction fails and price breaks back into the value area. You enter in the direction of re-entrance, re-entering through the lower band goes long, through the upper band goes short, riding toward VWAP/POC. The A+ instance is a break, acceptance back in, then the first back-test of the band on strength. Failed auctions snap hard, so if price re-breaks outside value with velocity, get out, it was probably a trap.
